UFO Sighting in Jacksonville, Florida on 2016-10-18 19:30:00 - Solid bright light very slowly moving se none flashing moved forward then backed a bit. caught plane going opposite direction.
Going out to my car with my husband on my cell phone. i was looking for a receipt. i noticed a bright non flashing soundless light slowly moving south east. i told my husband i would call him back and started filming from my cell phone. what made me look up was the brightness of the light. at first i thought it was a star. but it started moving.Please someone tell me what this is i caught on my cell phone.
